Do not rent to Safoura Khanbabapour. She barely pays rent on time... & when your lease bans pets, she will violate it. She's constantly late with rent and will come up with every excuse under the sun. She currently owes me money for rent, damage her pets did to two leather jackets and also for pet cleaning after she admitted to having pets in the house. In typical Karen fashion, she has now threatened to take me to court because she feels I'm defaming her, because if there's one thing a white woman will have, it's audacity.
